Low grade phosphate rock with phosphorus pentoxide content of 15% - 22.8% can produce dilute phosphoric acid with concentration of 24% - 28% by adopting this new environmental protection phosphating process. The product quality has reached the national standard after being tested by the chemical fertilizer quality inspection department of Jiangxi Province. Taking the low-grade phosphate rock in Xiangyang, Hubei Province as an example, the average consumption of main raw materials per ton of superphosphate (effective phosphorus content 16%~17%) is 0.9 tons of phosphate rock (phosphorus pentoxide content 21.7%~22.8%), and the consumption of sulfuric acid (93 acid) is about 0.4 tons. The cost of the two main raw materials is about 100 yuan lower than that of the traditional method. According to this estimation, a calcium superphosphate enterprise with an annual capacity of 100000 tons can add nearly 10 million yuan of benefits every year.
