: hardness

the non quenched blade can be used for ordinary die cutting, and the quenched blade is especially suitable for die cutting in large quantities
II. Indentation line
the selection of indentation line for round pressing is similar to flat pressing die cutting. Generally, the horizontal indentation is slightly higher than that in the circumferential direction. When calculating the pressing line, the depth of the blade cutting into the bottom roll must be taken into account. The blade usually cuts into the bottom roll at a depth of 5mm (for Youli knife.5mm)
